Local Missions

Our local outreach involves reaching beyond the walls of the church building to be the feet and hands of Jesus by making disciples and meeting the needs of people, both spiritually and physically.

Hispanic Worship Service

SHBC member, Pastor Emilio Castillo, leads our Hispanic Worship service every week along with a great Hispanic worship team. Join in this bi-lingual worship service at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays.

Hispanic Service

Worship is in the large gathering room of the North side of our main lobby.

Our Bible Study hour (9:15 a.m.) offers a bi-lingual Bible Study for Hispanic Adults. Our Hispanic children and teens usually attend our regular children’s and teen classes and activities.

On Wednesday nights we occasionally offer a short term Hispanic midweek class for adults.

The Spring Shelter

SHBC currently supports over a dozen mission areas financially and through volunteer service.

It is through the full dedication and participation of the membership of SHBC that our church responds to the commands of Christ. We are enabled through our gifts and abilities to share in the work and witness of the church, and to all serve as missionaries.
